Everything revolved around the Stanford Ignite Ukraine Networking Reception, where the UCU Foundation, together with the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, was set
to welcome 42 Ukrainian entrepreneurs arriving to study at Stanford with open arms. Our role was to tell Americans about this event just as compellingly as we had previously shared the story of the Stanford Ignite Ukraine program with Ukrainians.

Next, the details to ensure the Stanford Ignite Ukraine Networking Reception is a success: promo video, landing page, assistance with writing invitation letters and the email marketing campaign, SMM, creation and visual design of digital and offline assets for the event, and local media outreach. Rest assured, we didn’t forget the communication guide to keep all stakeholders speaking with one voice.
The Ukrainian Catholic University Foundation and the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, as co-organizers of the event, did the impossible to make the program truly top-tier. Imagine having speakers like Penny Pritzker or Michael McFaul. Our talented Ukrainian partners in Palo Alto helped us capture the magic of the connection between Ukrainian entrepreneurs and the Silicon Valley community.
This means engaging in extensive post-event communication, creating content for the blog, social media, and stakeholders' channels, as well as pitching to international media. And the cherry on top was the video we produced, featuring key stakeholders' comments that truly resonated.
